Thats one reason ive kept doing them. Only cost me about $30 every 6 months which is nothing but changing it in 4 vehicles it adds up.

I thought of trying amsoil in it but I draw the limit at $10 per quart.

I read that it was made by motul but was wondering if anyone knew if it was worth $10 per quart my dealer wants. I usually use m1 4t but my concours doesnt seem to like it very much. The shifting was worse immediately after changing to it.

I got a coupnon from advanced auto parts, $20 off $50. I bought 3 quarts of 10w40 and 2 of the 20w50. I am going to try mixing them 2 and 2 but I got 5 qts for the price of 3.

I have used the supertech filters for years. I bought one a few days ago for an upcoming change. You cant beat it for $2.50.

It shows the temp chart and from 32-104 and above 20w50. 0-104 says 10w40.

I havent found too much on a search but I bought some 4t for my zx14 the other day. I was considering returning it for the 20w50 vtwin just for the heavier weight in the summer. I am in south georgia so it will regularly be over 100 degrees. What do you guys think? I will be changing it next...

More on the sprt side but you could try a fz1. They are under rated and can be had at an exceptional price.

I have about 1600 miles on the 15w50 in my fz1. It has held up good. I am going to go till 2k and get a uoa done.

After a 4 day 1075 mile trip it performed well with the 15w50. I will get a sample done at either 2k or 3k miles(havent decided yet) and post it up.

Its topped off with m1 15w50 and a super tech filter. I havent rode it yet but am leaving for a 4 day trip in the morning. I will get it tested after 3k or so miles and post it.

I checked wm today and they lowered the price of the silver cap. Its cheaper than buying the rotella now. $22 for 5 quarts. I think I will pick up a jug and try it next week. Does anyone know if it has any moly in it?

My wm doesnt carry any mc specific oil.
