One in four homebuyers want to move, here are the top ten cities they want to move to.

I was just up in TN/NC at the Tail of the Dragon. Ran into a guy at the gas station with an old Ranger pickup and Florida tags so asked where he was from. He told me Tampa area, but all over FL. Said when he moved up there several years ago the locals were like, "you're going to have to adapt to...

One in four homebuyers want to move, here are the top ten cities they want to move to.

We've been looking at it for our next move. We won't go anywhere until we can get on the water. CC is cool with so many homes that have waterfront canals with Gulf access. But it lacks entertainment, commercial and retail spaces once you're away from the 2 main drags (Cape Coral Pkwy & Del Prado...

One in four homebuyers want to move, here are the top ten cities they want to move to.

I'm a Realtor in Orlando. It's not. Most of my out of state inbounds are from Western states. California, Washington, Colorado, Nebraska (west to me!). California must be going through a mass exodus with as many that are trying to move here. Had a few from Ohio, too. Can confirm Tampa and Cape...

Was worth taking a look either way. Running a stock filter and it's clean as a whistle!

2022 Ford Explorer ST - 3.0L EcoBoost - 2,130 Miles on Factory Fill Oil

I went with OA since they have the fuel dilution and EcoBoosts are known to have the issue. I used Amsoil for a long time on previous vehicles. Switched up with my Mustang GT to the PUP since it had some good test results. Never had any issues with it. I was thinking about going to a 5w-40 due...

2022 Ford Explorer ST - 3.0L EcoBoost - 2,130 Miles on Factory Fill Oil

Oil Analysis at 2,130 miles. Vehicle had 6 miles when I picked it up in February 2023. It was built between November 2022 and January 2023. Showing high silicone in here. Opened up filter box and checked the clamps. It's clean and all is good to go. Apparently Ford put something else in the...

Amsoil 0w-30 Sig Series, 19,303 mi, MitsuOutlander

To answer a couple of questions: -The oil filter was an Amsoil Ea. They're listed as a one year oil filter. -No oil was added at all. The level remained steady until it was changed. -As far as soot or other stuff, when eyeballing the oil it was fairly clean. It wasn't clean like new, but had...

Amsoil 0w-30 Sig Series, 19,303 mi, MitsuOutlander

Think that might be because of the dirty filter left in there far too long?

Amsoil 0w-30 Sig Series, 19,303 mi, MitsuOutlander

Here's the thing. I screwed up and forgot about the air filter. It was stock until this oil change. DOH! Yeah, it was effin' dirty...

Oil was in slightly over one year. I switched to the 5w-20 Signature (ALM).

    2008 Mitsu Outlander V-6: Amsoil 0w-30 or 0w-20?

    2008 Mitsu Outlander V-6: Amsoil 0w-30 or 0w-20?

Mitsu recommends a 5w-20. I'm leaning towards the 0w-20, and I'm very interested to see how Pickled's F150 looks at his analysis. My boat isn't very heavy, but the extra strain on the motor is what made me think about going a little thicker.

    2008 Mitsu Outlander V-6: Amsoil 0w-30 or 0w-20?

I just purchased a 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander with the V-6. It's a FWD SUV (not AWD). After the break-in period, I want to switch to Amsoil. I used to use the Series 2000 0w30 stuff, but the past 3 years I've had a leased vehicle that provided all the maintenance and oil. I had no idea it would...

Drafting Tractor Trailers for mpg gains.

I drive a tractor-trailer. Drafting me will not affect my MPGs whatsoever. It does bother me, the same as most drivers I know, to not be able to see you. As others have posted, it is very dangerous to tailgate a big truck like that. It's not uncommon for a tire to blow and launch debris into...

    Uneven rear tire wear

I just had a rear tire problem on my Land Rover LR3. At 16k, the inside edges were wearing. At 22k, they were showing belt. After arguing with LR about tires and reasonable wear, they split the cost, and re-aligned the truck. The truck was way out of alignment! Just no way in heck a new vehicle...
