2002 Honda accord thinner transmission fluid.

Folks, automatic transmissions are built expecting a very specific coefficient of friction from the ATF in them; if the ATF you're pouring into your transmission is either too slippery (clutches will take too long to fully engage), or not slippery enough (clutches will grab hard), then you WILL...

    1999 Chrysler LHS Oil Recommendation?

If I recall correctly, the factory OCI recommendation was 7,500 miles; if you're running any of the better synthetic oils, 10,000 mile OCIs are still quite conservative.

    Chrysler Pacifica

To each his (or her) own; I love the new Pacifica; that said, if I do end up with one, I'll likely rebadge it as a Town & Country. Why? If for no other reason than mess with the dealership if/when I bring it in for service.

Best oil for new Honda - 50,000 miles/yr

Maybe I missed it, however, I have yet to see any UOAs that show SSO is still good to go much beyond 20,000 miles, regardless of filter type. Can you point me to a UOA or two that shows SSO is still robust enough to properly lubricate an engine after 35,000 miles?
