I own a Mity-Vac and I would not recommend using it for any Honda auto transmission. Honda dealers use a special unit, of Honda's design, for flushing. We have two Honda's here with AT. If Honda's have a mechanical weakness it is the autotrans.

I picked up 6 quarts of PP 5W-40 for one car and 12 quarts of PP 5W-30 for another for $6.32/quart locally before tax. Should do me for 3 changes on 2 cars in the next year or so.
