WM Everstart Value Battery, Out with old, In with the new.

The Toyota dealerships sell them... but you're going to pay a fortune for one. They're good, but not good enough for the price. If you take care of your batteries there's much better bang for the buck out there.

    2017 Mazda CX-5 Battery

Keeping lead acid batteries charged up vs letting them drain down regularly can make a huge difference in lifespan.. potentially years. And when you have multiple batteries (like 9 lol) the savings can be pretty substantial. The extra effort is well worth it in my experience 😉

    2017 Mazda CX-5 Battery

There's a lot of acid coming out of those caps for a 2 year old battery, looks like you might have an overcharging issue? That will kill a battery quick, especially if it gets low on water.

    Interstate Battery

I've had great luck with Interstates, usually last 10+ years for me. But I stay on top of them which I'm sure helps 😉

AC Delco batteries now made in S. Korea?

I bought a made in S. Korea EverStart Max for my mustang a couple years ago... so far holding up great according to my multimeter, as good as the Duracell AGM, Panasonic, and Interstate bought at the same time 👍

'best' charger to buy under $80ish ?

For me personally I don't like using a super cheap charger plugged in continuously in my garage, house fires 🔥 are no fun 😱 All chargers are not created equal, and I've had cheapies give me enough issues that I won't trust them anymore.. with my batteries or my safety. I think any quality...

how many of you keep your firearms locked up?

It's definitely going to happen again, and in fact it's already starting. That was one of the ways I was suggesting folks get prepared... pick up any ammo you think you might need now, because folks who follow the ammo industry are seeing the shortages caused by all the ammo being supplied to...

    Accident tonight

I hate car shopping almost as much as I hate accidents ☹️ And uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage is a must... lots of uninsured motorists out there, especially right now 😲 A dashcams also a good thing, and so are cell phone pictures... especially if the other vehicle tries to drive away 😉

how many of you keep your firearms locked up?

No bait intended.. I was honestly just curious about other folks feelings about next year as far as what they expected it to be like, most folks seem to have an unease about 2024, but nobody talks about it 😉 Since this is the firearms forum I thought folks may share what they're worried about...

    Capital Gains question

It's always hard to make the right decision, when the government has folks that are paid to do nothing but figure out better ways to get more of our money 👎 Reasonable isn't in their vocabulary 🤬 Makes me sick 🤢

how many of you keep your firearms locked up?

So what do you guys think 2024's going to be like? What's your gut telling you? George Floyd/BLM levels of chaos.. or much more? I suspect crime is going to keep steadily ramping up for the foreseeable future, not including election fallout which will have it's own brand of mayhem. Then throw...

how many of you keep your firearms locked up?

I live in a very gun friendly state, no storage laws, we have stand your ground and castle doctrine laws, and we have no children at home. Our guns are never stored in a garage or car, they are either on us and/or in the house judiciously placed for easy access. 2024 is going to be a pivotal...

    Decent/good smartphone?

It can be hard to get a good, budget smartphone.. you either get "good" or "budget", but rarely both. Motorola's budget phones will disappoint you coming from an iPhone. If you really want to try Android the best budget phone out there imo is the Pixel 7a...it can be picked up cheap on sale...

Thanks for the warning guys, I'll be staying far away from MOOG. Any brand that IS recommended? 😉

    Decent/good smartphone?

Like someone else mentioned, if the OP has been using iPhones, unless he purposely wants to move to an Android, I'd suggest sticking with what you're comfortable with. They're both good devices that get the job done just fine 😉 PS- I decided to address the original post directly (it's below)...

    Decent/good smartphone?

Lenovo (Motorola) is the only Chinese brand I'd still hesitatingly trust. I probably won't be buying any more, but they make solid hardware for a budget price. The budget models aren't the fastest, cameras are average, it's an average to below average experience depending on what you buy. And...
