So i just changed my oil with gc ow30 in my subaru legacy which requires 5w30, i am not doing any harm by putting 0w30 in a car that should get 5w30 right?

gas millage sucks (14-15) and i always maintain a clean airfilter. i cleaned out the throttle body very good a year ago, and i have also seafoamed it.
