I didnt get the tbn tested this time. I am shooting for 12 to 14k or once a year oci. I will run this batch of oil 10k and have it tested also will have tbn tested. If the 10k sample is good and tbn sufficient next batch will be changed once a year. I might change the oil filter half way through...

I have an 03 cummins to and recently i put delvac1. A guy i work with has been running the rotella syn in his 03 cummins for over a year and says it works great on cold starts. Just about everyone i know with the powerstrokes uses and likes the rotella syn 5-40. I might give it a try next change...

2003 dodge diesel 15000 oci light duty 7500 regular duty. 15w/40 dino 0r 5w/40 synthetic after break in. I just put delvac 1 in. I dont have the owners manual for my wifes 91 geo but it gets mobil-1 5w/30 every 5000.

White 03 Thanks bud i got the link. Theres a good discussion over there about the evans. I think i am going to try it in my white 03 to. The best price i have found is 22.00 a gallon (still looking). I will get a new thermostat and the coolant and change on the first warm day. Thanks Again Steve
