I went with a stage 1 kit from Texas Speed and performance and it came with aluminum drive in plugs.

The plugs came with the kit. They were a aluminum drive in.

Block was as clean as we could get it all wash out with break clean. All the parts were also washed with a parts washer.cam bearings were all new. As far as oil flow im not sure how they do it.

Ok well this is new im working on my sons 2014 chevy silverado 5.3 L83 just did a complete overhaul on this motor with a full dod delete new cam,crank,oil pump,lifters,cam bearings, mian bearings,rod bearings the only thing we did not change were the pistons and rods disabled the amf getting it...
