Yes, in the service bill for the work performed it was written that: Changed the oil in the motor, changed the oil filter and changed the drain plug.
Now is poured Mobil 1 EP 5W-20 oil into the engine, then we'll look at UOA - let's compare dealer mineral motor oil with real PAO synthetics oil.
The wear figures jumped almost three times compared to the previous oil and twice as much as the factory oil.
I think they can use some kind of filters to clean the used oil and add some kind of conditioner to refresh the resulting oil mixture - otherwise I can't explain such an additive...
