Ok so run this oil 3k, than run the UOA on the next oil? And the M1 filter should hold up for 7-10k miles? Or should I b looking else where?

Hello. Im in the process of bringing my 02 frontier caught up in the mainance area. It currently has the old style green rad. Fluid in it. I was looking to replace it, but is there a better fluid for it? What do u recommend? And, there some additives that clame to help keep the engine cooler...
