LITHIUM COMPLEX BASE GREASES

    Relatively high thickener content of 10-15% by weight

    Smooth and buttery texture

    Dropping point up to 500F (260)

    Maximum usable operating temperature of 300F-350F (149C to 177C)

    Good resistance to water. In the presence of large amounts of water these greases will soften in consistency and run out

    Good work stability. Some softening in consistency when severely worked in a bearing

    Good mechanical and shear stability. Will release it base oils fairly rapidly when severely worked

    Fair to good resistance to oil separation

    Moderate to good Reversibility. 70% to 85% Reversibility

    Good to very good stability

    Good to very good pumpability
